Each guest will craft three unique cocktails using additive-free spirits and fresh-squeezed ingredients while learning pro tips, balance techniques, and flavor-building foundations. Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for Private Guided Tastings at Cantina El. By booking a Private Guided Tasting, you agree to the following terms. 1. Booking Requirements Private tastings require a minimum of two (2) guests per booking. The maximum group size is twenty (20) guests. All private tastings must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. 2. Payment & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled tasting are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the tasting are non-refundable due to advance purchases of spirits and supplies. No-shows will not be refunded and will be charged the full amount of the tasting. 3. Arrival & Late Policy Guests will be encouraged to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tastings will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Guests arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late may have their tasting shortened accordingly to maintain the scheduled end time. 4. Conduct & Age Restrictions All guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate. Valid identification is required. Any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive may be denied service at the discretion of management, with no refund issued. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. 5. Duration & Additional Policies Tastings typically last sixty (60) to ninety (90) minutes, depending on the selected experience. If the bar is open following the tasting, guests are welcome to stay and order additional drinks at their own expense. Our full restaurant menu will be available for ordering for all participants. 6. Liability & Responsibility Cantina El Pitayo is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during the tasting. Guests assume all responsibility for their own consumption of alcohol and agree to drink responsibly. 7. Modifications to this Policy Cantina El Pitayo reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings. 8.
