TEQUILA
We have an ever-expanding selection of tequilas at our bar. We are supporters of additive-free, bat-friendly, and non-diffuser tequilas. Try your favorite served neat or in a Tommy's Margarita.
MEZCAL
All of our mezcals are available by the copita or in a mezcalita. We also employ a mezcal here and there in our signature cocktails! Our goal is to make mezcal easily accessible and enjoyed by all regardless of previous experience or knowledge.
SOTOL
We are huge fans of a Desert Paloma with fresh-squeezed Texas Ruby Red grapefruit and a shot of sotol. Discover this unique spirit on its own or in a cocktail!
